Step into the world of holiday magic with our captivating Santa Experience! Our immersive journey captures the true essence of the season, beautifully presented in a unique storybook album filled with stunning photography by the talented April Spaulding. Witness the wonder and joy in your little ones' eyes as they embark on this enchanting adventure, encountering Santa in his workshop and engaging in up to *5 delightful interactions, all discreetly captured by our expert photographers.

The magical journey includes heartwarming moments like discovering their names on Santa's nice list, decorating the Christmas tree, peeking inside Santa's toy bag, enjoying a delightful reading of "The Night Before Christmas," and perhaps even playing with Santa's cheerful sleigh bells! We encourage our young guests to come dressed in festive Christmas pajamas or vibrant colors, adding to the holiday spirit. If time allows and the parents are dressed, at the end of the experience, feel free to hop in for a family portrait with Santa.

Time with Santa is limited, as he prepares for his grand Christmas Eve journey, so don't miss out on this extraordinary opportunity. Our Santa Experience sessions exclusively take place in October, ensuring that all portraits and albums paid in full will be delivered well before Christmas. In some cases, bonus sessions in November may have product delivery after Christmas.

To ensure a seamless flow and allow Santa to meet with each family, please arrive at the designated hotel location 5-10 minutes early. This will give you ample time to relax, make any last-minute outfit adjustments, and be fully prepared to meet Santa at your scheduled time. Our commitment to punctuality ensures that reservations begin and end promptly.

Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your scheduled time and session fee. While we will do our best to accommodate latecomers between sessions, we cannot guarantee the same experience or quantity of images. We want every child to have an exceptional time with Santa, so arriving early is recommended.

After your visit with Santa, you will have the opportunity to purchase prints, wall art, ornaments, Christmas cards, and our highly sought-after product, the Storybook Album, online a few weeks later, if they are not included in your initial package.

We understand the importance of making this experience stress-free and intimate for your family, and we tailor it exclusively to your needs. Please note that availability for our Santa Portrait Experience is extremely limited, and bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If all sessions are sold out, don't worry! You can join our waitlist for a chance to secure a spot. Simply click on The Santa Experience Waitlist to be added.

For reservations, click below for packages/booking page and select your preferred package then your time slot. The 50% of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The balance must be paid in full 2 days before the shoot. Each time slot accommodates a maximum of 3 children from the immediate family. If you have more than 3 children, kindly book two consecutive time slots. If you need special accommodations, feel free to contact us; we are more than happy to assist you. Please be aware that walk-in appointments cannot be accommodated.

We encourage you to bring your camera for video recording purposes only! This precious moment with Santa holds immense significance for your little ones, and capturing their reactions, whether of wide-eyed adoration or tears, is truly priceless

Ho ho ho! Once the magical digital images have been captured, they will be whisked away to a special, private online viewing and ordering gallery, all within the span of a mere 7-14 days. You and your loved ones will delight in the joyous opportunity to download and share the beautifully edited images, allowing for merry viewing and festive sharing for a jolly fortnight!

And there's more! Should your heart desire additional unedited images, fear not! They too shall be found in the gallery, ready for your choosing and ordering. Once you've made your selection, like Santa's elves working their magic, our team of expert editors will transform these chosen images into stunning works of art, just like the ones selected by the photographer. So, rejoice, dear friend, for a whimsical and enchanting experience awaits you in the realm of Santa Claus's digital imagery!

All Packages are 15 minutes, up to 4 children

and include the following:

Personalized letter mailed with a Golden Ticket to your child from Santa prior to your visit *not available after 9/21/2023
Private and Personal Session with Santa Claus
Your Child’s Name on the Nice list
*Opportunity at end of session for a family portrait if time allows
Private online gallery to order prints, products and digital downloads

*number of images can change based on good image produced by the magic of the session. Child could be fussy, not cooperate, turn their head away, so many factors.

*Any family portraits will not be apart of the photographer’s chosen printed or digital downloads and must be purchased separately after the session.
